The mission of Concerned Parents, Inc. Employment Department is to ensure that clients who are ready for employment are linked to employers seeking to fill vacant positions. Our goal is to identify jobs that match, as closely as possible, the skills and desires of each client. In order for an individual to find employment doing what he/she enjoys doing, will most often result in that person remaining in the position indefinitely, therefore, job retention is ensured.
