In line with our mission which includes helping to feed the elderly, poor, and underprivileged, Concerned Parents, Inc., in cooperation with Shoprite (located at 24th & Oregon Avenue, Philadelphia), helped over 16,000 needy members of our community receive a traditional Thanksgiving meal. We at Concerned Parents, Inc., would like to take this opportunity to thank Mike Basher for going above and beyond in an effort to ensure that our last minute orders for hundreds of Turkeys, Roast Beef, and Hams were filled quickly. So many families are counting on us at Thanksgiving. More often than not the money just isn’t there to buy that sumptuous main course and all the other trimmings.
