One of the major aspects of our work involve working with the ex-offender community. We help them with reintegration issues, and work with several employers that are "ex-offender friendly". This is not a guarantee of a position. Individuals have to present themselves on time for interviews, dressed in the appropriate manner, and successfully pass an interview with the prospective employer. Part of what we do involves preparing you for success.
